Smithey Ironware No. 8 Chef Skillet

Once I got a single smithey cast iron I donated all my lesser cast irons immediately. If you use the best you can’t go back to the rest.

They are polished and seasoned for non stick. Which means you do have to keep it up. But it’s the same with the crappy ones and they are never non stick.

Idk if you like cast iron this is the elite level.

I’m more partial to all clad stainless steel. I get annoyed with the heft of a cast iron pan. Am I exercising or trying to make eggs? Idk they are generally annoying to me but they have their uses and when I need one I pull a smithey because there is no alternative in my house.
