Crispygai

I only recently got to try crispy gai for the first time but damn I am counting the days till I return because my god.

We went during the day and got the tom yum fries (to die) with allllll the sauces. Yes I love a fry and a sauce flight. But I think my favorite combo was the NJS ranch.

My sneaky favorite thing was a very unassuming cabbage salad that I didn’t anticipate hitting like it did.

We also had the wings which were top tier!

I can’t wait to go back and try ALL the things.
