Izakaya Minato

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world.

It gets busy and they don’t take reservations.

small plates and everything is so yummy.

We always order a bottle of sake, cold and unfiltered is my personal favorite. It’s a little more sweet in general than filtered. They bring out a tray of hand made (and all unique) sake cups and let you pick which one you want to drink out of, how freaking amazing is that?!

Unfortunately I went recently and I felt like it wasn’t AS good as it had been but still 10/10. Just goes to show you how good it has been in the past. But honestly with the current food prices you can’t blame restaurants for hurting.
